Perturbed Anisotropic Opinion Dynamics with Delayed Information

Abstract We revisited the problem of modeling a publicity campaign in society intelligent agents that form their opinions by interchanging information with each other and as whole. use Markov approximation to consider effects an interaction delay $$\tau $$ τ system perturbed differential equations model social dynamics. The stable points dynamical are manifestation agent’s attitudes, either favor or against rule, it was previously found, but approach is greatly modified presence delay.
